The most probable explanation is that your IP has been blocked automatically by the system or that an IP range that includes your IP in it has been blocked off.
In order to solve this issue, start by identifying your IP (http://www.whatsmyip.org) and then go into your ClickCease dashboard, click on the analytics tab and then scroll through the "Blocked IPs" section and try finding your IP or an IP range that includes your IP.
Then, head on over to "settings"--->"manage auto IP blocking" and whitelist your IP or the IP range that includes your IP in it.
